Archive/Delete Inspections (tscfg3295m000)

Use this session to archive/delete inspection data.

Note: 
  • This session is displayed as Archive/Delete Calls (tsclm2295m000), if the Archive-to Company is not specified in the General Company Data (tccom0502m000)session, for the company from which this session is accessed.
  • Only the Inspections with the Measured and Not Measuredstatus are considered for archiving.

Settings
Original Company

The company in which this session is accessed. The insoection data from this company is archived and/or deleted.

  • The application populates this value, and you cannot modify the value.
Archive-to Company

The company to which the data from the Original Company is archived.

  • The application populates this value, and you cannot modify the value.
Selection Range
Up to Date

The processing date and time of the Inspections up to which the inspection is archived or deleted.

Note: The application considers the calls for which the Reported Time in the Archive/Delete Inspections (tscfg3295m000) session is prior or equal to this date and time.
From Item

The From and To fields define a range of items.

To Item

The From and To fields define a range of items.

From Serial Number

The From and To fields define a range of Serial Numbers.

To Serial Number

The From and To fields define a range of Serial Numbers.

Measurement Type

The From and To fields define a range of description of what is being measured. example Profile, Pressure.

Position

The From and To fields define a range of position identification of the place where the item to be measured is located.

Measured On

The date and time when the actual measurement for the inspection is performed.

Archive Text

If this check box is selected, all the text fields existing in the original company are archived.

Note: 
  • This field is displayed only if the Archive-to Company is specified in the General Company Data (tccom0502m000) session, for the company from which this session is accessed.
  • This check box is cleared and cannot be modified if the Delete or Archive field is set to Delete Only.
Overwrite Text

If this check box is selected and the text already exists in the Archive-to Company, the existing text in the Archive-to Company is overwritten by the text that is archived.

  • This field is displayed only if the Archive-to Company is specified in the General Company Data (tccom0502m000) session, for the company from which this session is accessed.
  • This check box is cleared and cannot be modified if the Delete or Archive field is set to Delete Only.
Only Delete if Archived

If this check box is selected, only the inspection data that exist in the archive company are deleted.

  • This check box is cleared and cannot be modified if the Delete or Archive field is set to Delete Only.
Simulate

If this check box is selected, the archiving/delete process is only simulated and the results are displayed in the Process and Error reports. The actions are not committed in the database.

Print Options
Process Report

If this check box is selected, a process report is printed when the process is completed successfully. The report includes all inspection data that are within the specified selection range and are archived/deleted.

Error Report

If this check box is selected, an error report is printed when the process is not completed successfully. The report includes all inspection data that are within the specified selection range and are not archived/deleted.

Print Statistics

If this check box is selected, a report prints inspection data counts.
