Search Results - Update Engineer and Location Address (tscfg2120m000)
Use this session to view the search results for updating Engineer and Location Address. For example, this session displays a list of service orders with the old address; you can select the required Service Order and update them with the new address. To update the service order with either the Service Engineer or Location Address, select the corresponding checkbox and on the Specific menu, click Update.

- Type of Update

The type of update that must be performed. You can perform the update on either:
- Old Engineer

The code of the old engineer, incase the updating is with regard to the Service Engineer.
- Old Engineer

- Old Location Address

The code and the description of the old address, incase the updating is with regard to the Location Address.
- New Engineer

The code of the new engineer, incase the updating is with regard to the Service Engineer.

The description of the new engineer.

The code of the old address, incase the updating is with regard to the Location Address.
- Identification

The description of the new location address.
- Update

If this check box is selected, the values of this record are updated.
- Installation Group

The installation group for which the Service Engineer or the Location Address must be changed
- Item

The item for which the Service Engineer or the Location Address must be changed
- Serial Number

The unique serial number associated with the item.
- Order

The service order number associated with the record.
- Activity Line

The number given to the activity to identify it, and distinguish it from the other activities listed in the service order.
- Serialized Item Group

The serialized item group followed by the description.
- Sold-to Business Partner

The code of the sold-to business partner followed by the description.
- Service Department

The name or code of the service department followed by the description.
- Service Area

The name or code of the service area followed by the description.If an Engineer is responsible for a certain Service Area, then all the Installation groups that fall within that area must be assigned to the Service Engineer.
