Activity Management Parameters (tsacm0100m000)

This session lists the parameter settings for the Activity Management module.

The parameter settings with the most recent effective date are the actual parameter settings. The other lines contain historic parameter settings.

To view historic parameter settings, double-click the line of your choice. The Activity Management Parameters (tsacm0100m000) details session starts with all fields disabled.

To change the parameter settings, double-click the (first) line on which the effective date is empty. The Activity Management Parameters (tsacm0100m000) details session starts with the actual parameter settings. You can change and save the new parameters. LN sets the effective date of the new parameters to the current date and time.

Use the Print Service Parameters (tsmdm0400m000) session to print and compare the parameter settings.

Field Information

Effective Date

The date and time from which the parameters are valid. The parameters are valid up to the effective date of the most recent parameter setting.

Description

The description of the parameter set. For example, the reason why the previous setting was changed.

Use Activity Groups

If this check box is selected, reference activity groups are used in the Activity Management module.

Reference Activity by Site is Mandatory

If this check box is selected, and an activity is used on an order with a site (internal Service Order, Maintenance Sales Order, Work Order), a Reference Activity by Site must exist for this combination.

Note: This field is displayed only if the Sites field is set to Active or In Preparation in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.

Master Routing by Site is Mandatory

If this check box is selected, and a master routing is used on an order with a site (internal Service Order, Maintenance Sales Order, Work Order) a Master Routing by Site must exist for this combination

Note: 
  • This field is displayed only if:
    • The Use Master Routing check box is selected in the Service Order Parameters (tssoc0100m000) session.
    • The Use Master Routing check box is selected in the Work Order Parameters (tswcs0100m000) session.
    • The Sites field is set to Active or In Preparation in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
  • You can select this check box only if the Reference Activity by Site is Mandatory check box is selected.
