Using billing schedules
You can define the billing schedules to generate the invoices for the usage of rental
items, for a recurring time period. A billing schedule is linked to a rental template in the Rental Template (tsacm1601m200) session and can be used in rental agreements.
Periodic billing and invoicing can be automated using billing schedules.
If a billing schedule is specified for a rental agreement, you can use these options from the menu of the Rental Order (tssoc2600m300) session to perform batch process for the multiple equipment lines:
- : Enables you to automatically approve the rental actual usage lines linked to the rental order.
- : Enables you to automatically create invoice lines for the rental order.
