Rental equipment request from Call

A rental equipment request can be created for a call from the Call (tsclm1100m000) session.

A rental equipment request can be created for a call using the Transfer Call to Rental Request option in the Call (tsclm1100m000) session. The Create Equipment Rental Request (tssoc5250m000) session is displayed wherein you can specify the required details and select the Create option. The application creates a request in the Create Equipment Rental Request (tssoc5250m000) session with the Origin field set to Call.

The status of the call is updated to Transferred in the Call (tsclm1100m000) session.
