Rental equipment request from Project

For projects involving rental activities, you can define the estimates, budget, resource requirements, and process an equipment request from Project to Service .

You can link a rental template to a project to maintain multiple cost objects. For projects with a non-rental activity, you can link a rental product to an equipment budget line. Rental product and rental template are grouped under the Equipment cost type in Project .

Note: To use rental template and rental product in Project , you must select the Equipment RentalEquipment Rental check box in the Project Parameters (tppdm0100s000).
