EV Start/End Percentage Related Data (tpptc5112s000)

Use this session to maintain the start and end percentages of a selected activity. The activity has an earned value method of start and end percentage.

Note:

You can define the percentages at activity level, or by cost-type within the activity.
You must specify the project and the time phase budget version of the activity.

The code that uniquely identifies the project.

The project's status.

Activity

The code that uniquely identifies the activity.

Version

The version in which the data of the activity is stored.

Start Percentage

The start percentage that is released when the activity starts.

End Percentage

The end percentage that is released when the acitivty is finished.

Material Start %

The percentage of the budgeted material amount that is released at the start of the activity.

Material End %

The meaning of this field depends on the EV-method: EV-Method Milestone The percentage of the budgeted material amount of the activity that is assigned to the milestone which is linked to the activity.

EV-Method Start and End Percentage: The percentage of the budgeted material amount of the activity that is released at the start of the activity.

EV-Method Percentage Completed or Level of Effort: The maximum percentage for the cost-type material. It is calculated over the budgeted material amount of the activity, and is the maximum planned value that can occur for this cost-type during the activity. The remainder is released at the end of the activity.

Labor Start %

The percentage of the budgeted labor amount that is released at the start of the activity.

Labor End %

The meaning of this field depends on the EV-method:

Milestone The percentage of the budgeted labor amount of the activity that is assigned to the milestone which is linked to the activity.

Start and End Percentage The percentage of the budgeted labor amount of the activity that is released at the start of the activity.

Percentage Completed or Level of Effort The maximum percentage for the cost-type labor. It is calculated over the budgeted labor amount of the activity, and is the maximum planned value that can occur for this cost type during the activity. The remainder is released at the end of the activity.

Apportioned The percentage depends on the activity this activity is linked for its progress.

Equipment Start %

The percentage of the budgeted equipment amount of the activity that is released at the start of the activity.

Equipment End %

The meaning of this field depends on the EV-method:

EV-Method Milestone The percentage of the budgeted equipment amount of the activity that is assigned to the milestone which is linked to the activity.

EV-Method Start and End Percentage: The percentage of the budgeted equipment amount of the activity that is released at the start of the activity.
