Assignments (tpptc2170m000)
Use this session to create and maintain assignments and plan which employees must be assigned to specific tasks. You can also modify the status of the assignments. By default, one employee is assigned for each budget line. However, more than one employee can be assigned. Assignments can be created via Resource Planning.

The quantity of the activity budget line that is associated to the assigned task.

The employee code. If an assignment is manually created and an employee is specified for the budget line, the employee data is defaulted to the assignment.

The percentage of the labour (employee) capacity that is allocated to the assigned task.

- Assigned

The task is assigned to the employee and a CRM appointment is created based on the resource assignment parameters.
- In Progress

The task assigned to the employee is in progress.
- Completed

The task assigned to the employee is completed.
- Reopened

The task assigned to the employee is reopened.
- Closed

The task assigned to the employee is closed.
- Canceled

The task assigned to the employee is cancelled and the CRM appointment is deleted.

If this check box is selected, the calendar can be used for planning the task that is assigned to the employee.
- Actual Calendar

The actual calendar code and the availability type applicable for the employee.

- Planned Start Date

The planned start date and time when the assignment for the specified task must be started.

Note: This field is applicable only if the Assignment Status is set to Assigned, Reopened or In Progress. - Actual Finish Date

The actual finish date and time when the assignment for the specified task is completed.
Note: This field is applicable only if the Assignment Status is set to In Progress, Reopened or Completed. - Duration

The duration in which the assignment is planned to be completed.
Note: LN populates this value based on the difference between the Planned Start Date and the Planned Finish Date, considering the applicable calendar. You can modify this value. However, if a new Planned Finish Date value is specified, LN recalculates the value. - Time Unit Duration

The time unit in which the duration is expressed.
