Project Schedule (tppss2700m000)
Use this session to view the project schedule in a graphical format (Gant chart), based on the data specified on the Selection Range and Options tab. The chart displays the activity planning that includes the scheduled start and finish dates, the relationships between activities (including milestones), the progress of the activity, the production order, schedule and operation linked to the project. The selection impacts the time scale of the schedule.
- You can use the Select All checkbox to select whether to display the corresponding budget lines.
- You can show/hide the overdue or critical activities in the Gantt Chart, using the options in the Views menu, in the Project Schedule (tppss2700m100) session.
- You can show/hide the unavailability of resources in the Gantt Chart, using the Show Availability option in the Views menu, in the Project Schedule (tppss2700m100) session. The unavailability of resources is indicated in the Schedule View and the Gantt View using a specific a color. However, the color is displayed only after you restart the session.
- Activity budget information can be accessed from the Gantt View. An activity, activity relationship, and budget can be deleted from the Gantt view.

If this check box is selected, you cannot move the activity and budget dates in the Gantt chart. A message is displayed when you try to modify the dates. However, you can double-click an activity or budget line in the planning board to start the required session, in which you can change planning data.
- Show Questions During Rescheduling

If this check box is selected, a pop-up message is displayed to confirm moving the schedule in the Gantt Chart.
- Color Group

The color group code specified for the Gantt Chart. A color group includes the colors that are assigned to the statuses.
- Description

The description or name of the code.
