Use this session to view and maintain the plans for a project.
Field Information
- Project

The code that uniquely identifies the project.
- Description

The description or name of the code.
- Project Status

The current project's status.
- Plan

The code that uniquely identifies the plan.
- Description

The description or name of the code.
- Planner

The code that uniquely identifies the planner.
- Name

The name of the planner.
- Top Activity

The code that uniquely identifies the top activity of the structure.
This is either defined when:
- You enter the first activity in the Activities (tppss2100m000) session or
- You change or insert the top activity in the appropriate menu option.
- Description

The description or name of the code.
- Update Mode

The update mode specified for the Project/Plans. If the value of the field is set to Read-only, network planning is not applicable for the Project/Plans.
Allowed values
- Update

The plan can be updated via the Generate Budget Cost Analysis (tpptc3200m000) session.
- Read-only
-
The plan can no longer be updated via the Generate Budget Cost Analysis (tpptc3200m000) session. Select Read-only to prevent an initial budget or a specific budget version from being overwritten. This allows you to compare two budget-cost analysis versions via the Compare Budget Cost Analysis (tpptc3420m000) session.
- Scheduled Start Date

This identifies the plan's start date and time.
- Scheduled Finish Date

This identifies the plan's end date and time.
- Active Plan

If this check box is selected, this plan is the active plan. It can be used to create a budget, to monitor costs and progress. The plan can only become Active if you created an activity structure.
If this check box is cleared, this plan can only be used for simulating a budget or for scheduling activities.
