Print Cost Control by Project/Activity/Cost Object (tpppc4451m000)

Use this session to print cost control data on project level. This session has almost the same functionality as the Print Cost Control (tpppc4411m000) session. However, the Print Cost Control by Project/Activity/Cost Object (tpppc4451m000) session uses the display tables made by the Build Actual Cost Control (tpppc4803m000) session As a result the Print Cost Control by Project/Activity/Cost Object (tpppc4451m000) session very quickly builds up the cost control data.

Note:

You must first run the Build Actual Cost Control (tpppc4803m000) session in order to use the display tables.

Note:

The extensions are always included
No period selection is possible, data is built up till Year Actual Cost Control Period and Actual Update Period
No general totals will be given, because of counting different currencies
The columns are printed according to the layout of Print Cost Control (tpppc4411m000)

Field Information

Currency: The currency.
Material: If this check box is selected, the cost type material code is printed including its control codes, for the range of projects and elements you selected. This cost type data is included in the report.
Labor: If this check box is selected, the cost type labor code is printed including its control codes, for the range of projects and elements you selected. This cost type data is taken into the report.
Equipment: If this check box is selected, the cost type equipment code is printed including its control codes, for the range of projects and elements you selected. This cost type data is taken into the report.
Subcontracting: If this check box is selected, the cost type subcontracting code is printed including its control codes, for the range of projects and elements you selected. This cost type data is included in the report.
Sundry Cost: If this check box is selected, the cost type sundry costs code is printed including its control codes, for the range of projects and elements you selected. This cost type data is included in the report.
Commitments: If this check box is selected, project commitments are printed.
Final Result Forecast: If this check box is selected, a final result forecast entered in the Revenue Forecast (tpppc3506m000) session is printed in two columns in your report.
