Print Cost Control (tpppc4411m000)

Use this session to print cost-control reports. Reports can be based on project, element, activity and extension by cost type, cost component, and control code.

The levels at which cost control is generated are selected in the Project - Cost Control Levels (tppdm6102m000) session. Various criteria, to make a selection of the projects and the information to be printed, are also available in this session.

Field Information

Level to be Printed: The print level.
Report Type: The report type.
Period to: The report year.
/: The report period.
Currency: currency
Final Result Forecast: If this check box is selected, the final result forecast is printed.
Process Extension Lines: If this check box is selected, the extension lines are processed.
Commitments: If this check box is selected, the commitments are considered costs.
Aggregate Subprojects to Main Project: Aggregate the costs of the sub project to the main project.
Print Subprojects of Main Project: This print will give you an overview of the sub projects you use for the main project.
Sort By: The report's sort sequence.
WBS: If this check box is selected, the work breakdown structure is printed.
Control Accounts: If this check box is selected, the control accounts are used in the print.
Planning Packages: If this check box is selected, the planning package s are used in the print.
Work Packages: If this check box is selected, the work package s are used in the print.
Material: If this check box is selected, this cost control cost type is printed.
Labor: If this check box is selected, this cost control cost type is printed.
Equipment: If this check box is selected, this cost control cost type is printed.
Subcontracting: If this check box is selected, this cost control cost type is printed.
Sundry Cost: If this check box is selected, this cost control cost type is printed.
