Revenues (tpppc3101s000)
Use this session to maintain revenue details. These are revenue transactions that are not yet approved and posted to Financials.
You can register revenues manually or through the Invoicing module. If a project invoice is printed in the Invoicing module, project revenues automatically become available. After confirmation and processing, revenues can be posted to Financials and monitored by using the Project Progress module.
You can view the Multi Currency tab only if, in the Companies (tcemm1170m000) session, for the specified company:
- The Currency System field is set to Standard.
- The Use Multiple Functional Currencies check box is selected.
When the revenue entry is created manually, LN uses the local currency to recognize the cost of sales using the historical rates from the Project, instead of the current effective rate.
