Responsibility by Employees (tppdm6149m000)
Use this session to assign specific responsibilities to employees for a contract, project, or both. Each line in the list is a unique combination of employee and responsibility.
You can assign a responsibility to multiple employees. For example, you can assign multiple cost engineers to a single responsibility. The employee's responsibility can be linked to a:
- Project
- Contract
- Contract and Contract Line
- or a combination of these options
You can define the validity period of the responsibility. For example, a contract manager is responsible for the contract until a specified date, after which the responsibility can be assigned to another employee.

Note:- If the contract header status is Canceled, all the lines are also set to Canceled.

The code that identifies the project linked to the contract.

- Responsibility

The code that identifies the responsibility assigned to the employee. Responsibilities can be defined in the Responsibilities (tppdm0133m000) session.

- Sequence Number

The code that identifies the sequence number.
- Employee

The code that identifies the employee assigned with the responsibility. Employees can be defined in the Employees by Responsibility (tppdm0149m000), Employees - Project (tppdm8101m000) or the Employees - General (tccom0101m000) session.
Note: When you specify a value in this field, LN checks if the specified employee’s data exists in the Employees - People (bpmdm0101m000) session and the employee is Active (based on the First Date of Employment and the Last Date of Employment). Else, a warning message is displayed. You can ignore the message. - Name
