The percentage used to calculate the billable cost. Example, if the cost is 100 and the percentage is 10, the billable cost is 110.
- Billing Rate

The rate that must be used for an hour of labor. Example, if the rate for an hour of labor is 25 USD. For 2 hours of labor, the billing amount is 50 USD.

Allowed values
- Draft

The overhead application base definition is created. You can modify the overhead application base.
- Active

The overhead application base is used in the process of batch-wise calculation and application of overhead to projects.
- Closed

The overhead application base can be used for batch-wise application of overheads to projects but no changes can be made.
- Expired

You cannot use overhead application base for batch-wise application and calculation of overheads.
- Base Type

The base type on which the overhead is calculated.
- Valid From

The date from which the overhead application base is effective.
- Valid To

The date up to which the overhead application base is effective.
- Applied Rate

If this check box is selected, the rate specified in the Overhead Rate field is used to calculate the internal overhead costs. These costs are not billable to the business partner. Example, administrative costs.

If this check box is selected, the rate specified in the Billing Rate field is used to calculate the external overhead costs. These costs are billable to the business partner.
