Labor Utilization Graph Gantt section

The left section of the Gantt displays the available capacity and utilization of the work centers linked to the Production Department.

You can view this information in this section:

Location: Displays all work centers linked to the selected Production Department. You can click corresponding to a work center to view the details such as work center description, work center calendar, number of laborers assigned to the work center and the working hours for the work center.
Capacity (Week): Displays hours remaining of the total available hours per week. This value is expressed in Hours.
Utilization (Week): Displays the active labor hours divided by the labor capacity of the work center. This value is expressed in Percentage.

The right section of the Gantt displays the related production order with the order status. The available and non-available hours are indicated by different colors.

You can customize the color for the available and non-available hours in the User Settings.

In this section, you can view the production order operations in the specified time frame. The operations are displayed in the form of bars and the color of the bar indicates the status of the related order. The status can be:

Created: The order is new.
Released: The order is released, and some operations can be in progress.
Completed: The order operations are completed.

Note: You can customize the color for the status in the User Settings.

You can double-click a Production Order Operation (displayed as a bar in the Gantt) to view the details of the order operation.
