Machine Utilization Workbench Gantt Section

The left section of the Gantt in the Machine Utilization (tisfc8365m000) workbench displays the available capacity and utilization of the machines and the machine capacity groups in the work centers.

You can view this information in this section:

Location
Displays:
  • All work centers linked to the selected Production Department. You can click als_4 corresponding to a work center to view the details such as work center calendar and working hours of the work center.
  • The machine groups and machines in the work centers.
  • A colored dot is displayed corresponding to a machine indicating the utilization:
    • Green: Indicates the machine is running.
    • Red: Indicates the machine is down.
    • Red: Indicates the machine is unavailable.
Capacity (Week)
Displays hours remaining of the total available hours per week. This value is expressed in Hours.
Utilization (Week)
Displays the utilization of the machines within the selected week. This value is expressed in percentage.

The right section of Gantt displays the related machine operations. The available and non-available hours are indicated by different colors on the Gantt rows.

Note: You can customize the color for the available and non-available hours in the User Settings.

In this section, you can view the machine operations in the specified time frame. The operations are displayed in the form of bars and the color of the bar indicates the status of the related order. The status can be:

  • Created: The order is new.
  • Released: The order is released, and some operations can be in progress.
  • Finished: The machine operations are finished.
  • Interrupted: The operation is interrupted due to breakdown or time out.
Note: You can customize the color for the status in the User Settings.

You can rest the pointer on an operation bar to view the related details in the tooltip. This information is displayed in the tooltip:

  • Status
  • Order code
  • Next Operation
  • Product

You can double-click the activity block on the Gantt to view the below details of the production order / operation:

  • Order / Operation Number
  • Completed and rejected quantity
  • Item name and description
  • Setup time
  • Remaining production time
  • Reference operation
  • Process time
  • Next operation work center / warehouse
  • Process inspections / inspection orders flags
  • Booked quantities grid
