Machine operations section

The machine operations with the status Released, Setup, Running, Interrupted, Finished are displayed based on the selected:

  • Work Center
  • Machine Type
  • Machine
  • Shift

When you click als_4 for a Machine Operation, the Details pane is displayed wherein you can view the operation details such as:

  • Planned, Completed and Rejected Quantity for the selected Production Order / Operation
  • The Item and Description
  • The Reference Operation and Description
  • The Setup Time, Process Time, Remaining Production Time
  • The Inspection Order check box
  • The Process Inspection check box
  • The Next Operation and Description

In the Details pane, you can use the New option to book quantities for the operation, in Book New Quantity window. The Edit option allows you to modify the booked quantities.

Booking new quantities

In the Book New Quantity window, you can book the Completed and Rejected quantities. You can also specify the Reject Reason, Effectivity Unit, Lot Number and the Serial Number, if applicable.

Note: 
  • If you book Completed and Rejected quantities at the same time, Infor LN creates a separate line for the Completed quantity and the Rejected quantity.
  • If the quantity is specified and:
    • The product is lot controlled, the Lot Number must be specified.
    • The product is serialized, the Serial Number must be specified.
  • When the machine operation is linked to the last order operation of the order, you can specify the Lot Number (if applicable).
