Line Sequence Details

The supervisor can double-click an element in the Line Sequence Gantt section to view the related details in the Sequence Details screen. This screen comprises of two sections:

  • The sequence Details section to view the details of the linked Segment(s) and Station(s).
  • The Parts Requirements section to view the Assembly parts linked to the selected Line Station.

Sequence Details section

The supervisor can view the details of the Segment(s) and Station(s) linked to the selected Line Sequence in this section. The navigation options are displayed for Segments and Stations when more than one Segment/Station are linked to the selected Line Sequence. For a selected Station, the supervisor can use the options such as:

  • Request Start on Line Station
  • Start Assembly Order
  • Undo Start Assembly Order
  • WIP Transfer
  • Material Supply

Parts Requirements section

The supervisor can view the list of Assembly parts linked to the selected Line Station in this section. The data in this section is displayed based on the selected Station. For a selected Assembly part, the supervisor can use the options such as:

  • • Line Station Variant Operations
  • • Option List
  • • Where-Used Assembly Parts
  • • Transfer Supply Messages
  • • Modify Line Station Variant
  • • Update LSV Assembly part Supply Data

For an Assembly part, the supervisor can click als_4 to view the details such as:

  • Assembly Order
  • Line Station
  • Shop Floor Warehouse
  • Line Station Variant
  • Part requirements
  • Part Inventory

On this Assembly Part details screen, the supervisor can use the options such as:

  • Option List
  • Return Assembly Part
  • Update LSV Assembly part Supply Data
