Assembly Line Supervisor Workbench - User Settings
In the User Settings, you can specify the default values based on which the data is displayed in the Assembly Line Supervisor Workbench (tiasc8350m000) workbench session.
To access the user settings, use the User Settings option from the Settings menu. You can define the default settings for:
- Lines and Orders
- Line Sequence
- Line Structure
Lines and Orders settings
You can specify these default setting values for Lines and Orders section of the workbench:
- Assembly Lines
- The list of Assembly Lines. The selected Assembly Lines are displayed in the workbench.
- Planned Offline Date
- The planned offline date. You can set the date range based on the current date. The workbench considers the specified number of days prior (-) and subsequent (+) to the current date.
- Sorting Method
- Sorts the selected Assembly Lines in ascending on descending order.
You can select these check boxes to view the corresponding option in the Lines and Orders section of the workbench:
- Generate Assembly Order
- Remix Line Mix
- Rebuild Line Utilization
- Refresh and Freeze Assembly Orders
- Offset Line Station Orders
- Calculate Assembly Parts Requirements
- Build Assembly Parts Allocation
- Backflush Parts and Hours
- Generate Time Horizon SILS Messages
- Check Inventory
Line Sequence settings
You can specify the Time Scale value to set the default value for the time scale of the time bar displayed in the Line Sequence section of the workbench. Possible values are:
- 1 Minute
- 5 Minutes
- 15 Minutes
- 1 Hour
- 1 Day
You can select these check boxes to view the corresponding option in the Line Sequence section:
- Reschedule Assembly Order
- Simulate and Create Line Sequences
- Purge and Renumber Sequences
Line Structure settings
You can select the Show Full Structure check box to display the supplying line of the roll off line in the graphical representation. If this check box is cleared, supply lines are not displayed. However, you can toggle this setting in the Line Structure section.
You can select these check boxes to view the corresponding option in the Line Structure section:
- Display and Handle Process Triggers
- Process Trigger Definition
- Close Line
This check box is displayed only if the Transaction Processing field is set to Line Station Based in the Assembly Control Parameters (tiasc0100m000)
- Line Assignments
You must click the Save Defaults option on the Settings menu and restart the workbench to implement the updated settings.
