Tool Planning Parameters (titrp0100s000)
Parameters are variables to which a constant value is assigned. By setting parameters, you can tailor the functioning of the module to company-specific requirements.
Initially, the parameters are filled with defaults by running the Initialize Parameters (tcmcs0295m000) session. You can then change these settings in the parameter session.

- Effective Date

The date and time when the parameters become valid. The parameters are valid until the effective date of a more recent parameter setting.
- Description

The description of the parameter set. For example, you can indicate why you change the parameters.
- Tool Rate Time Unit

The default time unit for the cost rate and sales rate for the tool type that is used in Service .
Note:- You must use a unit of which the physical quantity is Time. You can maintain this unit in the Units (tcmcs0101m000) session.

- Maximum Tools to be Planned

Maximum number of tools to be planned if the Planning Method is used to plan the tools.
Note: This field cannot be left empty. - Production Time Unit for Hours

The unit of production time. This unit is used for the calculation of the tool life in the Estimated Tool Requirements (titrp0111m000) session.
- Reason for Adjustment Order

If you add a tool in Tools Requirement Planning using the Tool Numbers (titrp0102m000) session, LN automatically generates an adjustment order. The reason defined in this field is automatically added to the adjustment order. For adding tools, the reason type is always Tool Adjustment.
- Default Scrap Reason

If you scrap a tool in Tools Requirement Planning using the Tool Numbers (titrp0102m000) session or the Scrap Tools Globally (titrp0202m000) session, LN automatically generates an adjustment order. The reason defined in this field is automatically added to the adjustment order. For scrapping tools, the reason type is always Scrap Tools.
