Shared Work Center Utilization by Day (tisfc1509m000)
Use this session to display an overview of capacity utilization for a shared work center for one day. You can see, for each order, the time and quantity that it is planned to occupy the work center. You can only use this session if you have selected Automatic or Manual in the Update Method Day Utilization field of the Production Order Parameters (tisfc0100s000).
Field Information
- Site
-
The site ID.
Note: Only visible if multisite functionality is active. - Work Center
-
The shared work center whose planned capacity utilization you want to see.
- Company
-
The company of the shared work center.
- Production Date
-
The day for which the planned capacity utilization for the work center is displayed.
- Work Center
-
The secondary work center whose planned capacity utilization you want to see.
- Normal Man Capacity
-
The secondary work center's normal capacity expressed in man hours.
The normal capacity is calculated from the following fields in the Work Centers (tirou0101m000) session:
Number of Operators * Basic Day Capacity by Resource Unit.
- Available Man Capacity
-
The secondary work center's available capacity expressed in man hours.
The available capacity is calculated as follows:
Capacity in calendar * Number of Operators * Percentage Shared Capacity.
Where:
Capacity in calendar = Calendar Time * Efficiency Factor * Percentage Capacity.
- Calendar time = end date - start date (for one record in the actual calendar).
- Efficiency Factor = working time / clock time.
- Percentage Shared Capacity = the percentage allocated to the shared secondary work center. In case of a primary shared work center or no shared work center, the percentage is 100%.
- Total Labor Hours
-
An aggregation of the secondary work center's remaining/outstanding operation hours for the specified period expressed in man hours.
Because these are remaining hours, the spent hours booked in People , are not counted.
- Normal Machine Capacity
-
The secondary work center's normal capacity expressed in machine hours.
The normal capacity is calculated from the following fields in the Work Centers (tirou0101m000) session:
Number of Machines * Basic Day Capacity by Resource Unit.
- Available Machine Capacity
-
The secondary work center's available capacity expressed in machine hours.
The available capacity is calculated as follows:
Capacity in calendar * Number of Machines * Percentage Shared Capacity.
- Total Mach. Hours
-
An aggregation of the secondary work center's remaining/outstanding operation hours for the specified period expressed in machine hours.
Because these are remaining hours, the spent hours booked in People , are not counted.
- Work Center
- Company
-
The company of the primary work center.
- Normal Man Capacity
-
The primary work center's normal capacity expressed in man hours.
The normal capacity is calculated from the following fields in the Work Centers (tirou0101m000) session:
Number of Operators * Basic Day Capacity by Resource Unit.
- Available Man Capacity
-
The primary work center's available capacity expressed in man hours.
- Percentage Shared Capacity = the percentage allocated to the shared secondary work center (in case of a primary shared work center or a no shared work center, the percentage is 100%.
- Total Labor Hours
-
An aggregation of the primary work center's remaining/outstanding operation hours for the specified period expressed in man hours.
Because these are remaining hours, the spent hours booked in People , are not counted.
- Normal Machine Capacity
-
The primary work center's normal capacity expressed in machine hours.
The normal capacity is calculated from the following fields in the Work Centers (tirou0101m000) session:
Number of Machines * Basic Day Capacity by Resource Unit.
- Available Machine Capacity
-
The primary work center's available capacity expressed in machine hours.
The available capacity is calculated as follows:
