The way that priorities are determined.
For more details and examples, see the Print Production Order Planning by Priority (tisfc1410m000) session.
Allowed values
- Critical Ratio
-
The critical ratio determines the priority of the order.
- = 1, the order is on schedule,
- > 1, the order is ahead of schedule
- < 1, the order is behind schedule.
- Earliest Due Date
-
The order with the nearest delivery date is given the highest priority
- Priority of Prdn Order
-
When you create or modify production orders in the Production Order (tisfc0101s000) session, you can assign a priority to the order in the Priority field.
- Shortest Total Rem.Prd.Tm
-
The orders with the shortest time remaining to complete their production are given the highest priority, regardless of their delivery dates.
- Slack Time
-
Slack time = (end date - reference date) - remaining production time
- = 0, the order is on schedule,
- > 0, the order is ahead of schedule,
- < 0, the order is behind schedule.
- Lower Boundary Priority Value
-
If the value of the priority you selected in the Print Priority field is less than the value you enter in this field, it is not printed.
- Reference Date
-
The date and time that LN uses to calculate the Critical Ratio and the Slack Time.
Critical Ratio = (Planned Delivery Date - Reference Date) / remaining production time
Slack Time = (Planned Delivery Date - Reference Date) - remaining production time
More details are given in the Print Production Order Planning by Priority (tisfc1410m000) session Help.
- Production Time Including Overlap Time
-
If this check box is selected, the overlap time is considered in the calculation of Critical Ratio.
If you have selected Critical Ratio as the criterion for order priority, this can affect the order of the priorities. See the Print Production Order Planning by Priority (tisfc1410m000) session for more details.
- Previous Operation Must be Completed
-
If this check box is selected, only the first operation that has not been reported as complete is printed.
If this check box is cleared, all operations are printed.
Note: You cannot select or clear this check box if the Report field is Production Order. - Base Selection Order on Report
-
If this check box is selected, the details of the report are sorted in the same order as the main selection. This is usually fastest way to print the report.
- Selection Order
-
The order by which the details of the report are sorted.
For example, if you want to print a report for all production orders of a specific work center, you must select Work Center. LN then prints the production order data by work center.
