Print Rejects (tisfc0403m000)

Use this session to print the scrapped and quarantined quantities. In this session you can generate a report on the items rejected, scrapped or quarantined in operations and on production-order level. Items scrapped by Quality are not printed.

For each operation this session prints:

The quantity rejected, scrapped or quarantined.
The quantity rejected, scrapped or quarantined as a percentage of the total reported quantity (completed plus rejected).

Note: The session prints only production orders with order status Completed.

Field Information

Sort by

This fields determines how the session sorts the operations on the report.

Allowed values

Item: The reported quantities are sorted by item. You cannot select a range of tasks, work centers, or machines.
Task: The reported quantities are sorted by task. You can also print the quantities for a range of tasks.
Work Center: The reported quantities by sorted work center. You can also print the quantities for a range of work centers.
Machine: The reported quantities are sorted by machine. You can also print the quantities for a range of machines.

Completion Date

LN prints only the production orders that are completed before or on this date. You can find the completion date for orders with order status Completed in the Production Orders (tisfc0501m000) session.

Suppress Null Rejects

If this check box is selected, the session does not print operations in which the sum of the rejected, scrap or quarantined quantity combined is zero or equal to the planned rejected, scrap or quarantined quantity.

Completed Orders Only

If this check box is selected, scrap is only printed for orders that have been reported complete.
