Order Block Planning (tisfc0151m000)
Use this session to maintain order blocks.
Order blocks can assist you to set up an optimal production schedule by reducing the time lost in machine setup activities.

Field Information
- Site
-
The site ID.
Note: Only visible if multisite functionality is active. - Machine
-
The machine on which the order block's production orders are produced.
You can change an order block's machine by using the
command. - Start Date of Order Block Period
-
The start date of the order-block period is the date that you entered in the Start Date of Order Block Period field in the Generate Order Block Planning (tisfc0251m000) session.
LN plans the order blocks, starting at this date. If sufficient capacity is available, the first order block starts to execute on this date.
For more information, refer to the Help of the Start Date of Order Block Period field in the Generate Order Block Planning (tisfc0251m000) session.
- Block Sequence Number
-
The value of the Block Sequence Number field determines the order in which LN executes the order blocks.
Together, the Machine field, Start Date of Order Block Period field, and the Block Sequence Number field uniquely identify an order block.
If you change the value of the Block Sequence Number field, LN automatically resorts the order blocks.
- First Setup Class
-
A setup class for which the order block has a specific setup state.
You can specify up to four combinations of setup class and setup state for one order block.
- First Setup State
-
The setup state that was specified for the corresponding setup class.
- Total Production Time
-
The sum of the production times that the order block's machine is occupied with the operations of the order block's production orders.
You can view the production times of an individual operation in the Production Planning (tisfc0110m000) session.
- Earliest Wait Start Date
-
The start of the earliest of the wait times of the relevant operations for this order block.
For more information, refer to the Help of the Wait field in the Production Planning (tisfc0110m000) session, on the Planning Related tab, under Start Date.
- Highest Priority
-
The highest priority of any of the order block's production orders.
A production order's priority is displayed in the Priority field in the Production Orders (tisfc0501m000) session.
The highest priority in LN is 0 (zero). The lowest priority is 999.
- Highest Production Order Status
-
The production order status of the production order that has furthest proceeded in the following sequence of production order statuses: Created, Scheduled, Printed, Released, Active, Production Completed, Completed, Closed, Archived.
- Start Time
-
The start time of the execution of this order block. More specific, the time when this order block's machine starts work on the first production order of this order block.
If you change the value of the start time, the relative order of the order blocks remains unchanged. To change the order of the order blocks, change the value of the Block Sequence Number field.
If you change the start time to a later date, LN shifts all later order blocks.
- End Time
-
The end time of the execution of this order block. More specific, the time when this order block's machine stops working on the last production order of this order block.
When this order block is created, and when you reschedule the order block, LN calculates the end time as follows:
End Time = Start Time + Total Production Time
The calculation takes the calendar of the machine 's work center into account.
