Lock Production Schedule Lines (tirpt4202m400)

Use this session to lock Production Schedule Lines with status Firm or Released.

Note: 
  • You can access this session only if:
    • The Repetitive Manufacturing (RPT) check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
    • The Allow Lock for Move and Reschedule check box is selected in the Production Settings by Site (timfc0180m000) session.
    • The Allow Lock for Move and Reschedule check box is selected in the Repetitive Manufacturing Parameters (tirpt0100m000) session and the Sites field value is Inactive in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
  • You can access this session using the Lock option in the Work Cell Planning (tirpt4102m200) session.
  • The Production Finish Date in the Work Cell Planning (tirpt4102m200) session is enabled for the locked production schedule lines with the status Firm and Released.
  • The locked production schedule lines with the status Firm and Released are excluded from these planning engines:
    • Reschedule
    • Production Scheduler
    • Move Schedule
    • Earlier
    • Later

Field Information

Selection Range
Site
The code of the Site linked to the selected company.
Note: 
  • This field is displayed only if the Sites field is Active in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
  • You must specify a value in this field to lock the production schedule lines.
  • The application defaults this value from the Production User Profiles (timfc0120m000) session, if the site is specified for the currently logged-in user.
  • This field is enabled only if the All Sites allowed check box is selected in the Production User Profiles (timfc0120m000) session.
Work Cell
The code of the work cell.
Note: You must specify this value to lock Production Schedule Lines with the status Firm and Released.
Production Schedule
The From and To fields define a range of Production Schedules.
Lines
The From and To fields define a range of Production Schedule Lines with status Firm and Released.
Note: Only locked production schedule lines with status Firm and Released can be unlocked.
