Release Production Schedule Lines (tirpt4202m100)

Use this session to release production schedule lines with status Free or Firm.

After rescheduling and checking the feasibility of the new schedule, the schedule lines must be released to trigger production.

Note: The locked production schedule line with status Firm is also released.
