Archive/Delete Production Schedules (tirpt4201m100)
Use this session to archive, delete, or archive and delete Production Schedules and Production Schedule Lines.
Note:
- You can access this session only if the Repetitive Manufacturing (RPT) check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
- You can delete production schedules, only if the Up To Date field is the same or later than the Actual Finish of the Production Schedule Line.
- The Production Schedule Lines can be associated with multiple Cost Documents generated either by Day, Week, 4 Weeks, or even Months.
- The Production Schedules and Production Schedule Lines can be archived or deleted only if the related Cost Documents are archived using the Archive/Delete Cost Documents (tirpt7201m200) session.

Indicate if the production schedules and production schedule lines must be archived, deleted, or archived and deleted.

Note:- If you select the Delete Only option:
- In the Settings section, only the Original Company code and description are displayed.
- You can select only the check boxes in the Print Options section.
- The application deletes the Production Schedule Line(s) and Production
Schedule(s) when:
- The Up To Date is the same or later than the Actual Production Finish Date specified in the Production Schedule Lines (tirpt4102m000) session and the Production Schedule Lines status is Closed or Canceled.
- The linked Shift(s) status is set to Closed.

If you select the Archive Only option:
- In the Settings section, the code and description of the Original Company and Archive-to Company are displayed.
- You can select the check boxes in the Options and Print Options section.
- The application archives a production schedule(s) even if the Production Schedule Line(s) along with its Cost Document(s) are not yet archived.
- The application archives a production schedule(s) line(s) when:
- The Up To Date is the same or later than the Actual Production Finish Date specified in the Production Schedule Lines (tirpt4102m000) session and the Production Schedule Lines status is set to Closed or Canceled.
- The associated Cost Document(s) is already archived.
- If you select the Archive and Delete option:
- In the Settings section, the code and description of the Original Company and Archive-to Company are displayed.
- You can select the check boxes in the Options and Print Options section.
- The application archives and deletes the Production Schedule and
Production Schedule Line when:
- The Up To Date is the same or later than the Actual Production Finish Date specified in the Production Schedule Lines (tirpt4102m000) session and the Production Schedule Lines status is set to Closed or Canceled.
- The associated Cost Document(s) is already archived.

- The code and name of the company from which the data is deleted and/or archived.
- Archive-to Company
- The code and name of the company to which the data is archived.
- Selection Range

- Up To Date
- The date and time up to which the Production
Schedules and Production Schedule Lines are considered for archiving or
deleting.Note: You can set this date and time to a value same as or later than the Actual Production Finish Date specified for the production schedule line in the Production Schedule Lines (tirpt4102m000) session.
- Site
- The code of the site linked to the selected
company. This field is mandatory for all data to be archived and or deleted.Note:
- This field is displayed only if the Sites field is set to Active in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
- The application defaults this value from the Production User Profiles (timfc0120m000) session, based on the Site linked to the profile of the logged in user.
- If All Sites allowed check box is selected in the Production User Profiles (timfc0120m000) session, this field is enabled, and you can select the preferred site.
- Production Schedule
- The From and To fields define a range of production schedule(s).
- Production Schedule Line
- The From and To fields define a range of
the Production Schedule Lines with the status set to
Canceled and Closed.Note: This field is enabled only if you select one Production Schedule.

- If this check box is selected, the text from the
Operational Company is archived to the Archive-to Company.Note: This check box is enabled only if the Delete or Archive field is set to Archive Only or Archive and Delete.
- Overwrite Text

If this check box is selected, an archived text that exists in the Archive-to Company is updated.
Note: This check box is enabled only if the Archive Text check box is selected. - Archive General Data
- If this check box is selected, the general
data from the Operational Company is archived to the Archive-to Company and not deleted.Note:
- This check box is displayed only if the Archive General Data only via session Archive General Data check box is cleared in the COM Parameters (tccom0000s000) session.
- By default, this check box is enabled and selected if the Archive or Delete field is set to Delete Only or Archive and Delete.
- The Archive General Data is related to the general Data like Items, Site, Work Cell/Repair cell, Work Cell Plan Group, and Work Station and the RPT parameters as the Work List Settings and the Repetitive Manufacturing Parameters.
- Print Options

- Process Report
- If this check box is selected, a process
report is generated when the selected process is completed successfully. The
report includes the processed data.Note: By default, this check box is enabled and selected.
- Print Errors
- If this check box is selected, a report is
generated with the errors logged during the Delete Only , Archive Only and Archive and Delete processes.Note: By default, this check box is enabled and selected.
- Print Statistics
- If this check box is selected, a report is
generated with the data that is Selected, Archived, Deleted and Skipped in the
Active Company, during the Delete Only, Archive Only and Archive and Delete processes.Note: By default, this check box is enabled.
