Work Cell Planning (tirpt4102m200)

Use this session to view or schedule the planned schedule lines for a work cells.

Note: 
  • You can set Production Schedule Lines with the status Firm to Free using the Production Schedule Lines (tirpt4102m000) session.
  • You can use these options from the Actions menu:
    • Release: Use this option to release the selected Production Schedule Line.
    • Check Materials Shortage and Release: Use this session to access the Check Materials Shortage and Release (tirpt4221m200) session where in you can specify the details to check the shortage for material and release the Production Schedule Lines.
    • Cancel Lines: Use this option to cancel the selected Production Schedule Lines.
    • Lock: Use this option to lock the selected Production Schedule Lines.
    • Unlock: Use this option to unlock the selected locked Production Schedule Lines.
    • Reschedule: You can use this option to reschedule a Production Schedule Line with the status Free, after the Production Finish Date of the last Production Schedule Line with the status Free, Firm, Released, Active, Production Completed, or Completed.
    • Move Schedule: Use this session to access the Move Schedule (tirpt4202m000) session wherein you can specify the new date and manually replan the production schedule line for a selected work cell.
    • Production Scheduler: Use this option to access theProduction Scheduler (tirpt4202m200) session wherein you can specify the data and schedule the work cells.
    • Earlier: Use this option to expedite the processing of the selected Production Schedule Line with status Free and Firm. The Lock Production Schedule Lines with status Firm and Released cannot be processed.
    • Later: Use this option to delay the processing of the selected Production Schedule Line with status Free and Firm.

Field Information

Work Cell
A Repetitive manufacturing unit consisting of one or more work stations in a fixed sequence to produce high quantities of products in a Repetitive flow.
Repair Cell

If this check box is selected, a repair cell is linked to the selected work cell.

Planned Start

The production start date of a schedule line.

Schedule

The production plan with time phased production quantities for an item or set of items that are built together according to a production model.

Line

The schedule line number.

Product

The repetitive item that is reported.

Quantity Ordered

The total quantity to be produced for the schedule line.

Duration [Hrs]

Quantity to Backflush

The quantity to be backflushed based on the delivered quantities for the schedule line.

Quantity Backflushed

The produced quantity for which the required materials are backflushed.

Original Start Date

The earliest date materials to manufacture the item are available.

Original Finish Date

The earliest date the planned quantity can be completed.

Production Finish Date

The date on which the production order is completed.

Actual Start

The actual date on which manufacture of the items for production is started.

Actual Finish

The actual date on which manufacture of the items for production is completed.

Origin

The origin of the production run.

Allowed values

Planning

The production run is scheduled using Enterprise Planning .

Manual

The production run is scheduled manually.

Status

The status of the production run.

Allowed values

Free

Run schedule is controlled by the planning engine.

Firm
  • The production schedule lines with the status Firm can be replanned only by using the Move Schedule (tirpt4202m000) session and not by the Enterprise Planning or other planning engines.
  • Production Schedule Lines with a status of Firm can be locked from replanning or moving by planning engines such as Enterprise Planning.
Released

Run schedule complete, changes can only be made manually.

Active

Production run schedule is being implemented.

Production Completed

All schedule lines for the production run were completed, but the run has not been closed.

Completed

All schedule lines for the production run were completed, and all completed products were delivered into inventory. You can still account hours and issue materials for the run schedule.

Closed

The run schedule was completed, changes can no longer be made.

Warehousing Order

The ID of the warehouse order related to the production run.

Quantity Completed

The quantity product reported Completed.
