Use this session to import the list of materials from a bill of material (BOM).
Field Information
- Item

The item being built.
Note: You can only specify physical items. - Production Model
- Production Model Revision

The ID of the product model revision.
- Position
-
The unique number given to assignments that are defined for the same production model revision.
- Material
-
The material or subassembly used in the manufacture of the product.
Note: You can only specify Purchased or Manufactured items. - Quantity
-
The quantity of the repetitive item.
- Scrap (%)
-
The percentage of material that will be lost during production.
- Point of Usage

The shop floor warehouse from which the materials are shipped linked to the work cell where the materials are used.
Note: For direct material supply, this field should be left empty. - Supply System

The supply system specified for the material in the Item Data by Warehouse (whwmd2510m000) session, and the assigned Point of Usage.
- Supply Warehouse

The warehouse supplying the Point of Usage.
The warehouse is determined based on the Default Warehouse field in the Item Planning Defaults (cprpd1110m000) session. If no warehouse is specified in the Item Planning Defaults (cprpd1110m000), the warehouse specified in the Warehouse field in the Items - Ordering (tcibd2100m000) session is used.
- Supply Work Cell

The work cell supplying, defined in the Work Cell (tirpt0640m000) session.
- Backflush

If this check box is selected, the schedule line materials are backflushed.
- As-Built

If this check box is selected, the serial number or lot must be entered in the As-Built (timfc0610m000) session before the as-built is validated.
- Floor Stock
- Indicates if the item is a floor stock item.
- Visible on Order
- If this check box is selected, the material must be
visible on order.Note: This check box is displayed only if the Floor Stock check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0500m000) session.
