Use this session to view and maintain production models, lists of material, and production process.

Note: If the production model is multi-product, a list of products must be defined.

The end item defined in the production model.

The ID of the product model revision.

Status

The status of the production model that is printed.

Allowed values

  • New
  • Approved
  • Expired

Use for Planning

If this check box is selected, the production model is enabled for planning.

Note: Only one production model for each repetitive item can be used for planning.
Use for Costing

If this check box is selected, the production model is enabled for costing.

Note: Only one production model for each repetitive item can be used for costing.
Production Model Type

Specify the type of production model.

Allowed values

Single-Product

Used to maintain production models for the manufacture of a single end item.

Multi-Product

Used to maintain production models for the manufacture of multiple end items in different quantities.

Tool

The main tool specified in the production model that is used for reporting in case of a multi-product.

The date and time when the expiry date of the revision is last modified.
Date Adjusted By
The logon code of the user who last modified the expiry date of the revision.

Order Plan Quantity

The planned quantity of the production order.

Order Plan Lead Time

The planned order lead time.

Schedule Line Quantity

The quantity assigned to the scheduled line.

Minimum Run

The minimal quantity to start the repetitive production run.

Optimal Run

The optimal quantity for a repetitive production run.

Maximum Run

The maximum quantity to start the repetitive production run.

Transfer Quantity

The quantity of materials that must be transferred to the point of usage warehouse, from the external supplier or warehouse.

Receiving Warehouse

The ID of the warehouse in which the repetitive items are stored.

# Labor Resources

The number of operators required for production.

Rate

The rate based on a man hour or machine hour.
