Machine Capacity Group (tirou4661m000)

Field Information

Site

The site to which the machine capacity group belongs.

Work Center

The work center to which the machine capacity group belongs.

Machine Type

The machine type that belongs to the machine capacity group.

Description

Description of the machine capacity group.

Supervisor

The employee number and name of the supervisor responsible for the machine capacity group.

Number of Machines

The number of machines that are available for production on the work center.

Machine Numbers

The machine numbers linked to the machine capacity group.

Critical Resource Capacity: If this check box is selected, the machine capacity group is critical for scheduling.
Constraint Resource: If this check box is selected, there are a limited number of machines that can be used for production.
Capacity Group: The capacity group ID.
Plan Group: The plan group ID.
Critical for Scheduler: If this check box is selected, the machine capacity group is critical to the generation of the production schedule.
Changeover Critical: If this check box is selected, the changeover times are a bottleneck for this machine capacity group.
Setup Class Set: The setup class set of the machine capacity group. The name of the set of setup classes and setup class states from the machine capacity group.

Allowed values

Manual
Reporting is done manually in the Machine Work List (tisfc4600m000) session for machine operations and in the Report Operations Completed (tisfc0130m000) session for other operations.
Automatic
Reporting is done by the completion of another operation.

Report Machine Hours

The reporting method for the spent machine hours.

Allowed values

Backflush: This is an automatic calculation based on reported quantities.
Manual: Reporting is done by an employee using the Machine Work List (tisfc4600m000) session.
By Machine: Reporting is done via machine operations instead of per operation.
MES: Reporting is done by the integrated Manufacturing Execution System.
By Machine Group: Reporting is done by machine in the Report Operations Completed (tisfc0130m000) session.
Undefined: This applies to Report Machine Hours on converted orders. Reporting is based on the Labor Hours value.
Not Applicable: No reporting is necessary.

Operation Rate Code

The code linked to the work center and used as the work center rate.
