Generic Subcontracting Model List of Material (tipcf3116m000)

Use this session to view and maintain the list of materials that are required for the generic subcontracting model.

Note: This session can be accessed only if the Configurations by Site field is set to Activeor In Preparation and the Product Configurator (PCF) check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.

Field Information

Production Site
The unique identification code of the site where the generic subcontracting model is defined.
Product
The code of the subcontracted item.
Subcontractor
The code of the subcontractor who performs the production.
Name
The name of the subcontractor.
Subcontractor Site
The unique identification code of the site where the subcontracted work is performed.
Version
The version of the generic subcontracting model.
Status

The version status of the generic subcontracting model.

The position number of the subcontracted material.
Sequence Number
The sequence number of the generic subcontracting list of material line.
Model Position
The position number of the generic subcontracting model. This position number is the position number of the product subcontractor bill of material line that is created when the product structure for the generic item (product) is generated.

Item
The code of the item for which the generic subcontracting model must be defined.
Quantities
Quantities in BOM Unit
Net Quantity in BOM Unit
The net quantity of the subcontracted material expressed in BOM unit.
BOM Unit
The unit in which the net quantity is expressed.
Quantities in Item Unit
Quantity
The net quantity of the material required to manufacture the selected product.
Inventory Unit
The inventory unit in which the net quantity of the material is expressed.
Scrap Percentage
The percentage of material that is lost during production.
BOM Quantity
The bill of material quantity associated with the generic subcontracting model.
Unit
The unit in which the BOM quantity is expressed.
Validity
Constraint ID
The code that uniquely identifies a constraint of the product (generic item) for the generic subcontracting list of material line.
Valid From
The date and time from which the generic subcontracting list of material line is valid.
Note: This value is defaulted with the current date and time.
Valid To
The date and time up to which the generic subcontracting list of material line is valid.
Note: This value must be less than the date in the Valid From field.
Supply
Supplying Warehouse
The code of the supply warehouse that provides the material for subcontracted manufacturing.
Supply System

The supply system that must be used for generic subcontracting list of material line.

Kanban

Kanban is typically used for low-cost component items, and not used for External Kanban Controlled Items. See Kanban.

Order Controlled/Batch

Used if Manufacturing is implemented. See Order Controlled/Batch setup and order generation.

Order Controlled/SILS

Used if Manufacturing is implemented. See Order Controlled/SILS setup, assembly kits, and order generation.

Order Controlled/Single

Used for subassembly items if Manufacturing is implemented. See Order Controlled/Single setup and order generation.

None

Used for purchased configurable items.

Supplied by Subcontractor
If this check box is selected, the material is supplied by the subcontractor.
Lot Selection

The lot code of the product associated with the generic subcontracting list of material line.

Allowed values

Any

The goods received or shipped are not subject to specific lot conditions. You can use more than one lot.

Same

You can select any lot for receipt or shipment, but the entire receipt or shipment must have the same lot.

Specific

You can receive or ship only one, specific lot.

Inherit Demand Peg
If this check box is selected, the demand peg must exist for the material related to the production order.
Floor Stock
Indicates if the item is a floor stock item.
Note: This value is retrieved from the Floor Stock check box in the Items by Site (tcibd1550m000) session based on the specified item and site.
Visible on Order
If this check box is selected, the material is visible on order.
Note: 
  • By default, this check box is selected. This check box can only be switched for the floor stock items.
  • This check box is displayed only if the Floor Stock check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0500m000) session.
