Field Information
- Product
- The code of the product associated with the processed production bill of material that is received from PLM.
- Position
- The position number of the material line associated with the received production bill of material.
- Item
- The code of the item for which the production bill of material is generated.
- Source Revision
- The revision of the production BOM from which the bill of material revision is generated.
- Status
- The status of the processed production bill of
material.
Allowed values
- New
- Approved
- Expired
- Quantities
-
- Net Quantity
- The net quantity of the processed production bill of material line that is received from PLM.
- The unit in which the net quantity of the production bill of material is expressed.
- Net Quantity in BOM Unit
- The net quantity of the processed production bill of material line received from PLM that is expressed in BOM Unit.
- BOM Unit
- The BOM unit in which the net quantity of the processed production bill of material is expressed.
- Scrap Percentage
- The scrap material that can be defined as a percentage of the net material requirements in the production bill of material (BOM). This is also considered as the scrap factor, and as a fixed quantity, which is the scrap quantity.
- Scrap Quantity
- The expected quantity of the material that is lost every time during the production, for example, to test the equipment. You can define scrap as a percentage of the net material requirements, which is the scrap percentage, and as a fixed quantity, which is the scrap quantity.
- Scrap Quantity in BOM Unit
- The scrap quantity of the processed production bill of material expressed in the BOM unit.
- Size Unit
- The unit of measurement for Length and Width.
- Length
- The value that is used to calculate the net
quantity if the inventory unit is Length or area unit. In case of area unit, this field is used in
combination with Width.
The Length, Width, Size Unit and Number of Units fields apply only if the material has length or an area inventory unit, such as meter and square meter. The inventory unit is defined in the Items (tcibd0501m000) session.
- Width
- The value that is used to calculate the net
quantity if the inventory unit is Width
or area unit. In case of area unit, this field is used in combination with
Length.
The Length, Width, Size Unit and Number of Units fields apply only if the material has length or an area inventory unit, such as meter and square meter. The inventory unit is defined in the Items (tcibd0501m000) session.
- Number of Units
- The number of times that the required quantity of the material, specified in the Length field and/or the Width field, displays in the product.
- Use Up
-
- Replaces Item
- The material from the previous bill of material revision, which is now a use-up material. If the use-up material exists in inventory, this item is used instead of the material specified in the Item field.
- Miscellaneous
-
- Percentage Required
- The percentage of the material that must be
available before the operation can be started.Note: This field is applicable only if the Infor SCM Scheduler check box is selected in the Production Order Parameters (tisfc0100s000) session.
- Allow Multiple Items
- If this check box is selected, LN can
distribute the net quantity of the material over multiple alternative
materials. For example, the net quantity can be divided over the use-up material
and the standard material or over the standard material and one or more
alternative materials.
If this check box is cleared, LN issues only a single item for this BOM line for one production order.
Note: This field is applicable only if the Alternative Materials and/or the Use Up Material check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session. - Standard Configuration
- If this check box is selected, the processed
production bill of material line is part of the standard
configuration of the product.Note: This field is applicable only if the Unit Effectivity check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session. You can also use this field to determine whether the material must have this demand peg as well.
- Inherit Demand Peg
- If this check box is selected, the demand
peg exists for the material if the demand peg exists for the production
order.Note: This field is applicable only if the Demand Pegging check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
- Phantom
- If this check box is selected, the material or component of the received production bill of material is a phantom.
- Text
- If this check box is selected, the text related to the processed production bill of material line that is received from PLM, exists.
