Authorizations by Family Feature (tigrt0108m000)

Use this session to list the authorizations by feature.

You can assign restricted authorizations to each user group. These authorizations relate to specific families and features. If the authorization of a user group is restricted for example, the users of that group are only allowed to search for features. You can also block the access of a user group, so they cannot access any data. In either case, the user group cannot classify items of a specific family.

Field Information

User Group: Select a user-group code.

Note: Authorizations are defined for each user group. The user group code refers to a user group. User groups must be defined in the User Groups (tigrt0106m000) session.
Description: The description or name of the code.
Family: Select the family for which the user group authorizations have been defined.

Note: You must define families in the Families (tigrt0103m000) session.
Description: The description or name of the code.
Feature: Select the feature of the family for which the user group authorizations are defined.

Note: You must define family features in the Features by Family (tigrt0102m000) session.
Description: The description or name of the code.
Authorization: Select the authorization given for this feature.
