Archive/Delete Production Orders (ticst0250m000)
Use this session to archive actual costing data of closed production orders. Costing data of the closed production orders are moved to an archive file. The costing data of the archived production orders is then deleted from the original files.
You can only archive production orders that are closed using the Close Production Orders (ticst0201m000) session. If a subcontracted operation exists for the production order, the purchase order must be deleted.
- In this session you can only archive production orders for standard items that are produced anonymously. Costing data of production orders for customized items is archived in the Project Control module.
- When production orders are archived the production order history is not deleted automatically. This makes it possible to assess production orders after deletion. To delete the production order history the Archive/Delete Production Order History (ticst2251m000) session has to be used.
