Field Information
- Item
- Enterprise Unit
-
Note: Only visible if Standard Cost by Enterprise Unit in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session is Active.
- Financial Company
- Standard Costs Base
-
If this check box is selected, the standard cost of the selected enterprise unit and item combination, is used as the standard base cost of production for the item across the company.
The standard cost base is used in calculations not linked to a specific enterprise unit, such as the calculation of the global sales price.
If the Standard Cost per EU Mandatory check box is cleared in the Standard Cost Calculation Parameters (ticpr0100m000) session, and no item costing data is present for the item and enterprise unit combination, the standard cost base is used when standard cost is retrieved for the combination.
- Quantity
-
The item quantity in inventory units to which the costing data applies.
Note: This quantity is only applicable for the manufacturing items; for all other items zero quantity will be displayed. - Effective Date
- Sequence Number
-
Item costing data can be actualized several times. If item costing data is actualized two or more times while the effective date is the same (which can happen, for example, if you select Last Date of Previous Period as the effective date), the item costing data is distinguished by the sequence number.
You can only select Last Date of Previous Period if the Backdate Valuation Price Allowed check box in the Standard Cost Calculation Parameters (ticpr0100m000) session is selected.
- Actualization Date
-
The date that the item costing data is calculated and actualized using the Calculate Standard Cost (ticpr2210m000) session and/or Actualize Standard Cost and Revalue Inventory (ticpr2220m000) session.
Note that the actualization date can differ from the effective date of the costing data. You must determine the effective date in the Calculate Standard Cost (ticpr2210m000)/ Actualize Standard Cost and Revalue Inventory (ticpr2220m000) session.
- Revaluation Order
-
If the standard cost is changed, LN adjusts the inventory value of a warehouse. The inventory value adjustment processes the actual order price into the inventory value of the items. The value correction is posted to Financials and is stored under a revaluation order code.
- Warehouse
-
The warehouse to which the surcharges were applied during cost calculation.
- Currency
-
The currency in which the prices in the session are expressed.
- Surcharges by Item
- if this check box is selected, surcharges can be specified by item.
- Surcharges by Warehouse
-
If this check box is selected, the surcharges by item are part of the cost calculation.
