Print Job Shop BOM Site Comparison Report (tibom3400m150)

Use the session to print a report comparing the Job Shop BOM for the same and different products within a site.

Note: This session can be accessed:

Using the Print Job Shop BOM Site Comparison Report option from the Actions menu in the Job Shop Bills of Material (tibom3100m000) session and Job Shop Bill of Material (tibom3600m000) session.
If the Job Shop by Site field is set to Active or In Preparation in the Concept Activation (tcemm4600m000) session.
For the Site that is defined in the Production User Profiles (timfc0120m000) session for the active user.

Field Information

Site

The site in which the bill of materials of the end item belongs. This field is mandatory to compare the JSBOMs.

Comparison Between

Product

The first product in the specified site to be compared.

Note: The product can be specified from the Items - Production by Site (tiipd0151m000) session. The selection excludes the items that have no bill of materials such as the Floor Stock items.

Bill of Material

The BOM code that can be selected from the specified product in the Job Shop Bills of Material (tibom3100m000) session.

Revision

The revision number of the JSBOM. This value is populated based on the selected BOM code.

And

Product

The second product in the specified site to be compared.

Bill of Material

The bill of material to compare with.

Note: The BOM cannot be similar to the BOM specified for the first product.

Revision

The revision number of the JSBOM to compare with.

Note: The BOM can not be the same as specified for the first product, therefore either site, product, bill of material, or revision must differ.

Options

Compare Alternative Materials

If this check box is selected, the defined alternative material in the Alternative Materials (tibom3120m000) session is included in the comparison report to be printed. If there are multiple alternative items defined for a component, only one alternative item on the highest priority rank is included. This includes the Alternative Item and Alternative Item Description.

Note: This check box is enabled only if the Alternative Materials check box is selected in the Alternative Materials session.

Compare Material-Routing Relations

If this check box is selected, the defined material-routing relation in the Material - Routing Relationships (tibom3140m000) session is included in the comparison report to be printed. Multiple material-routing relations for each component of the bill of materials lines can be included in the comparison report. This includes Item, Item Description, Routing, Routing Revision, and Operation.

Compare Reference Designators

If this check box is selected. the defined reference designator(s) for a material line, defined in the Reference Designators (tibom3130m000) session is included in the comparison report to be printed. Multiple reference designators for each component of the bill of materials lines can be included in the comparison report. This includes Reference Designator and Quantity.

Note: This check box is enabled only if the Reference Designators check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
