Purge State-dependent ASC Data (tiasl1200m000)
Use this session to delete data related to assembly orders that you no longer require. Run this session after you close assembly lines with the Close Assembly Lines (tiasc7220m000) session.

Field Information
- Assembly Line

The range of assembly lines that will have their data deleted, if the lines are Closed.
- Upto Date
-
Up to this date, the dependent data is deleted, including data for assembly orders that are Closed before this date.
- Assembly Orders

If this check box is selected, assembly part transfer messages that are linked to Closed orders are deleted.
If this check box is selected, assembly orders are deleted, if:
- The assembly line is Closed
- The assembly order is Closed
- Their date falls before or on the date in the Upto Date field. Any orders that do not meet the previous conditions are listed in an error report.
The following data will be deleted:
- Assembly orders with status Closed
- Line-station orders for the selected assembly orders.
- Order-specific line-station variants for the selected orders.
- Operations for these order-specific line-station variants.
- Assembly parts for these order-specific line-station variants.
- Line Station Variants

If this check box is selected, all line-station variants not linked to line-station orders will be deleted. The operations and assembly parts of those line-station orders will also be deleted. These generic line station variants are purged from LAC as well.
- Clustered Line Station Orders

If this check box is selected, the clustered line station orders (CLSOs) are deleted.
When the CLSOs are purged, the following data is deleted:
- CLSOs with a Closed status, and effective date before or on the date in the Upto Date field.
- Assembly parts for the selected orders.
- Simulation Only

If this check box is selected, the data is not removed from the system. Instead, a report is printed that details which data will be deleted if this check box is cleared.
- Assembly Part Supply Messages

The assembly part supply messages that must be deleted.
Order-controlled/batch messages are deleted if the following conditions are met:
- The Balance Quantity is not zero.
- The Status of the message is Received.
- The Line Station Order Status is Completed.
Order-controlled/SILS messages are deleted in any of the following cases:
- The Status of the message is Received.
- The Status of the message is Canceled, and no other supply message exists for the same assembly part with status Not Received.
Note that there can exists several supply messages for an assembly part, with different statuses.
