Print Assembly Part Requirements (tiasc7440m000)

Use this session to print the assembly parts requirements.

Parameters

Assembly part requirements are stored by Clustered line-station orders (CLSOs). CLSOs are used in assembly-part allocation and in backflushing to combine materials for a line station. However, the content of CLSOs varies, depending on whether you work line station based or order based:

Line Station Based A CLSO is for an entire day. Each time bucket (day) results in a separate warehousing order line for the assembly part allocation.
Order Based A CLSO is for an assembly order. A separate warehouse order is generated for each CLSO.

These options are defined by the Transaction Processing parameter, defined in the Assembly Control Parameters (tiasc0100m000) session.

Note:

You can view the CLSOs in the Clustered Line Station Orders (tiasc7530m000) session.
You can define buckets in the Bucket Definition (tiasl1100m000) session.

Field Information

Line Station: The From and To fields define a range of: line stations.
From Assembly Part: The From and To fields define a range of: assembly parts.
To be Allocated: If this check box is selected, the report includes the list of assembly parts which are allocated.
To be Backflushed: If this check box is selected, the report includes the list of assembly parts which are backflushed.
Print Text: If this check box is selected, the report includes the additional information of the assembly part.
