Print Multilevel Cost Calculation by Product Variant (tiapl3440m000)
Use this session to print calculate and the product variant standard cost in multilevel.
Cost components are printed by level for the product structure of the selected product variant.
The assembly bill of material for the product variant is checked for assembly parts of the type Purchased and operation information. If assembly parts of the type Manufactured are present the production bills of material for the item or items are checked level by level for costing information.
All operations linked to the assembly line stations needed to produce the product variant are checked for operation rates. If the product variant contains manufactured items, routing operations connected to these items are considered in the calculation.
Operation costs are calculated for each cost component linked to the product variant using the following formula:
Operation Cost = Operation Cycle Time * Operation RateField Information
