Component Applications by Support Applications (tgbrg5160s000)
Use this session to create and maintain the sessions or (child) support applications by (parent) support application.
If some of the applications that you want to include in the support application are already included in another support application, you can include the latter as a child of the current (parent) support application. To do so, select Child Support Application in the Type field and specify the child support application in the Code field.
The advantage of the parent and child structure is that you can reuse support applications. If you reuse support applications, you do not need to insert every single application when you create a support application.
Example
Support application A |
---|
The Print Business Process Data (tgbrg5400m000) session |
The Print Business Process Categories (tgbrg5405m000) session |
The Print Users by Status by Model Item (tgbrg5408m000) session |
Support application B |
---|
Support application A |
The Print Statuses by Model Item (tgbrg5407m000) session |
The Business Process Activity Categories (tgbrg5425m000) session |
So, support application A is included in support application B, which also consists of two other applications. Due to this parent and child construction, support application B actually consist of the following applications:
The Print Business Process Data (tgbrg5400m000) session |
The Print Business Process Categories (tgbrg5405m000) session |
The Print Users by Status by Model Item (tgbrg5408m000) session |
The Print Statuses by Model Item (tgbrg5407m000) session |
The Business Process Activity Categories (tgbrg5425m000) session |
