Statuses by Model Item (tgbrg5107m000)
Use this session to list the statuses that are assigned to a specific model item.
To authorize users for a specific status select the
command on the Specific menu.When you are modeling, you can assign a status to a model item to monitor its progress in the modeling process.
Example
These statuses for business process A exist:
- 10 Developing
- 20 Integration Test
- 30 System Test
- 40 Finished
Assume that the business process A has status Integration Test.
You can only change the status of business process A to the next status, System Test, or to the previous status, Developing!

The sequence number of the status.
Assign the status numbers sequentially. If a status is assigned to a model item, for example, in the Business Process in Repository (tgbrg5100s000) session, you can only change the status to a status that has a sequence number that directly precedes or succeeds the sequence number of the assigned status.

You can assign the same workflow status to different statuses.
The workflow status that you link to a status in the current session is displayed in a session where you can link a status to a model item (for example the Business Process in Repository (tgbrg5100s000) session).
