Business Process by Reference Model Properties (tgbrg3164s000)
Use this session to display and maintain business process details.
You can only maintain the following fields:
- The Sequence field
- The Subprocess field
Because business processes are initially created in the Business Processes (tgbrg5500m000) session, you can maintain most of the details in that session.
Field Information
- Sequence

The sequence number of the business process in the reference model.
If a business process is added to the business model, the sequence number is automatically increased by 1. This value can, however, be overwritten.
Example
You can number the business processes in such a way that they indicate which subprocesses belong to which (main) business process.

The description or name of the version.
- Subprocess

If this check box is selected, the business process is a subprocess in the business model. A subprocess is a so-called nested process, which means that the business process is incorporated into another business process.

The date when the business process was created in the Business Processes (tgbrg5500m000) session.
- Owner

The name of the owner.
- Last Change

The date when the last change was made to the business process in the Business Processes (tgbrg5500m000) session.
- User Last Change

The user who made the last changes to the business process in the Business Processes (tgbrg5500m000) session.
- User Last Change

The name of the user who made the last changes to the business process in the Business Processes (tgbrg5500m000) session.
- Business Process Category
- Description

The description or name of the category.
- Support Application
- Description

The description or name of the suppport application.
- Expired

If this check box is selected, the business process has expired.
- Repository Help

If this check box is selected, repository Help is available, which provides you with further information about the business process. (See the command).
- Model-Specific Help

If this check box is selected, model-specific Help is available, which provides you with further information about the business process. (See the command).
- Diagram Status

- Owner

If this check box is selected, only the owner can modify the business process.
In addition, the owner must also be authorized for the version and the status of the business process.

- Authorization role

If this check box is selected, only the ERP user with the Tools role that is specified in the Only Role is Authorized field can modify the business process.
In addition, users who have this Tools role must also be authorized for the version and the status of the business process.
You can link Tools roles to a normal user in the User Data (ttaad2500m000) session.
Note: Super users already have Tools roles.This field applies to the Business Process in Repository (tgbrg5100s000) session.
