Close Year - Provisional (tfgld6201m000)

Use this session to close a fiscal year provisionally. LN creates, provisionally:

The closing balance of the current fiscal year
The opening balance of next fiscal year

The balance amounts from profit and loss accounts are accumulated to form the opening balance of the Retained Earnings account.

Note: During provisional year closing LN does not create or post transactions.

Here, LN will show the current fiscal year that will be closed.

LN creates the provisional closing balance for this year.

Next Fiscal Year

The next fiscal year.

Based on the closing balance of the previous year, LN creates a provisional opening balance for this year.
