Mapping Scheme (tfgld4573m000)
Use this session to view, enter and maintain the details of a mapping scheme version.
You can:
- Create a new mapping scheme version, as described in To create a mapping scheme version.
- Create a mapping scheme from scratch, as described in Creating a mapping scheme.

Print Mapping Schemes
Prints a list of the selected range of mapping schemes and for each mapping scheme, the selected range of versions. -
Print Mapping Schemes Differences
Starts the Print Mapping Schemes Differences (tfgld4473m100), which you can use to print revision texts, or to print the differences between mapping schemes and/or mapping scheme versions. -
Print Mapping Scheme Details
Starts the Print Mapping Scheme Details (tfgld4474m000) session.This session allows you to print a report for the selected range of mapping schemes and versions, of:
- The integration document types with their ledger element groups and dimension element groups.
- The integration document types and the ledger accounts linked to them.
- In a multicompany structure, LN checks whether the required tables are correctly shared when you start the Mapping Scheme (tfgld4573m000) session. If this is not the case, an error message is displayed listing the tables that are not correctly shared and you cannot start the session.
- To reduce the size of the mapping scheme, you may consider to switch off logging for specific integration document types. To accomplish this, follow the instructions provided in the Document Numbering / Compression (tfgld4577m000) session.

- Revision Text

If this check box is selected, a revision text exists for the version.
Before you can make a version Active, you must create a revision text. On the menu, click Texts and then click Revision Text. For example, you can use the revision text to indicate the differences with the previously active version.
