Use this session to define and maintain statement layouts.

Three layout types exist.
Select one of the following:
- Statement
- Annexure
- Consolidated
- Layout
- Status

The status of the statement layout.
This can be one of the following:
- Modified
- Report Generated
- Generation Error
- Fixed
Note: This field is only available if the status is Report Generated or Fixed. - Enable Automatic Conversion of Statement Reports to RPT

If this check box is selected, LN converts the statement report to a format compatible for the external reporting tool.
Note: To use the external reporting tool's template, in the Print Financial Statement Values (tffst1450m000) session, select 'RPT' as the printing device. - Layout Size

The font size to be used.
- Small

If the statement is printed in A4 format, each statement line will contain a maximum of 132 characters.
- Large

If the statement is printed in A4 format, each statement line will contain a maximum of 80 characters.
- Medium
-
If the statement is printed in A4 format, each statement line will contain a maximum of 94 characters.
- Character Width

The maximum number of characters per statement line.
Note: The value that you can enter in this field depends on the selection you made in the Font Size field. - Top Margin

The top margin determines the number of blank lines at the top of each page.
- Bottom Margin

The bottom margin indicates how many lines must be left blank at the bottom of each page.
- Left Margin

The left margin determines the number of blank column positions on the left side of the pages.

The character used to separate columns.
- Number of Column Header Lines

The column header lines contain the descriptions of the statement columns.
Enter the number of lines to be reserved for the column header texts.The minimum value to be entered is "0" (zero), which means that there will be no header lines. The maximum number of lines is 3.

If this check box is selected, adjustment transactions will be included in the statement. These transactions will be inserted after the line containing the statement account concerned (the corresponding value will be the adjusted amount).

Account X containing an amount of 100 and an adjustment transaction of 50 debit.

- Position Carry Forward Text

The position at which LN will print the first character of the text linked to carry forward totals.

The statement will be printed in A4 size. If you enter 40 in this field, in each line 54 positions remain available for text linked to carry forward totals.
Note: If you leave this field empty, LN will not generate any carry forward totals when creating the statement. - Carry Forward Text

The text to be included in the statement if, during generation of that statement, any value (defined in the Formula field of the Statement Columns (tffst1105m000) session) must be divided by zero. In that case no value can be printed; and the text defined here is then printed at this position.
- Problem Text for Out of Selection

The text to be included in the statement if a value in a column does not match the criteria defined for this column in one of the following fields in the Statement Columns (tffst1105m000) session: Value Selection before Rounding, Value Selection after Rounding.
- Problem Text for Missing 100% Account
-
The text to be included in the statement if a column does not contain a 100% account. In that case, LN cannot calculate any values on the basis of the column mentioned above. To indicate that a specific account is a 100% account, use the 100 Percent Column for Perc. Calc. field in the Statement Columns (tffst1105m000) session.
Note:- This text can only be included if, for the columns concerned, you selected Percentage over Accounts in the Column Type field in the Statement Columns (tffst1105m000) session.
- This text will also be printed in the comparative column (Column 2), if any problem text is printed instead of the 100% account value. Column 2 is the column in which the comparative percentages are displayed. These percentages are calculated by comparing the Column 1 amounts with the 100% account value.

This text can only be included if, for the columns concerned, in the Statement Columns (tffst1105m000) session, in the Column Type field, you selected one of the following options:
- Percentage over Accounts
- Percentage over Columns
Note: This text is not printed if the column 1 value has been defined as a 100% account. In that case, the text defined in the Problem Text for Missing 100% Account field is printed.Example
