Recalculate Periodic Distribution of Budget Amounts (tffbs0201m000)

Use this session to reflect changes in the distribution data of a distribution code to the budget period amounts, to which the specified distribution code is attached.

You can reflect changed data in Multi Dimension Budgets, Single Dimension Budgets, Performance Budgets and/or Allocation Relations. The specified budgets and/or Allocation Relations are searched for budget amounts to which the distribution code is attached. The period amounts based on the new distribution data is generated.

Note: Only budgets can be recalculated, that are not definitive.

Field Information

Distribution: distribution
Static Budget: If this check box is selected, a multi dimension budget is recalculated for the selected range.
Flexible Budget: If this check box is selected, a single dimension budget is recalculated for the selected range.
Performance Budget: If this check box is selected, a performance budget is recalculated for the selected range.
Allocation Relations: If this check box is selected, an allocation relation is recalculated for the selected range.
