Use this session to print a report of depreciations and amortizations.

- Calculate Rate Based on Asset Utilization
- Indicates whether the depreciation and
amortization calculations of the asset must be based on the calculated
rate or the fixed rate. If this check box is selected. Note: This field is enabled only if the Depreciation Method field is set to Straight Line.
This value is required to define a Fiscally Accepted Depreciation Rate in the Categories (tffam2500m000) session and the calculation of the rate is applicable to all the specified range of the assets.
For example, the in-service date of our asset is on February 21st, 2023. The rate is calculated based on the Avg. Convention field in the Depreciation Method (tffam7110s000) session.

If the calculation starts on the last day of the month, then the calculation is started from the next month.
The calculation includes the whole month of February. If the Calculation was done on February 28th, then the calculation starts from March. Period After In Service Date Rate = 10 / 12 * Fiscally Accepted Rate
The calculation excludes February and starts from March First/Second Half of Year Not Applicable The rate is always calculated based on the whole year. Second Half of Year in Service Not Applicable The rate is always calculated based on the whole year.

- Select this check box to save the report to an XML file.
- Server Path and File
- The name of the XML file to be
created.Note: This field is enabled only if the XML File check box is selected.
- Local Path

The name of the .xml file to be copied to another location. The name matches the predefined file name in the Server Path and File field.
Note:- By default, the .xml file is copied to your local Temp folder as defined in your local Classpath settings. For more information about this folder, contact your system administrator.

You can specify a different folder, such as
D:\MyData\InforERPLN\SAF-T-output\MyFirstRun.xml
- This field is only available if Copy to Client is selected.

If this check box is selected, the .xml file is copied to another location, for example, your local hard disk.
Note: Regardless of the setting of this check box, the originally created file remains on the LN Server and will not be automatically deleted. If required, deleting .xml files from Server and Client must be done manually.
