Archive / Delete Z4 Reporting Data (tfcmg3235m000)

Use this session to archive or delete Z4 reporting data.

Field Information

Selection Range

Use the fields in the Selection Range group box to specify the range of document date.

Select by Fiscal Period

If this check box is selected, you can enter a fiscal period.

Include Finally Printed

If this check box is selected, the application also prints data that was printed previously.

Common

If this check box is selected, LN archives the general data from Common .

Financials

If this check box is selected, LN archives the master data from Financials .

Type of Process

Select the process you want to perform.

To archive the data and delete the data, select Archive and Delete.

If no archive company is defined in the Finance Company Parameters (tfgld0503m000) session, you can only select Delete Only.

Target Company

The financial company in which the transaction must be posted.

You can enter transactions for each of the financial companies of the company group.

Original Company

The code of the company for which archiving is done.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Archive-to Company

The archive company to which the data is transferred.

Note:

This is a display field.
LN defaults this value from the Archive-to Company field in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0500m000) session.
